Re-set

when i have difficulty, I am directed to re-set the pc but cant. Windows 10 offers a blue screen with a list of countries and no way to choose my own and no way to exit, have to shut down pc

What type of input devices are you using (mouse and keyboard)??
Have you tried substituting a USB wired keyboard and mouse to see if that changes anything?

There should be another country selection which uses the same version of keyboard and OS? Or one at least close?

Was not that same question asked when you installed?

In the bottom right corner is the time and date. Next to it is the type of keyboard you are set up for. Click that and see if you have the right keyboard listed.

I doubt that this is your problem, but it is easy to check.
