Realtek Audio 0x80070103 error

I accidentally uninstalled the Realtek Audio Driver, and when I open my sound settings and check for updates for Realtek Audio, it says everything is complete except for an extension called Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.521, which gives an installation error (0x80070103). I've tried to retry the installation multiple times, but it fails every time. While the output for my headset shows and works, the input is not detected.
