Realtek Audio Driver Issues After Keyboard Function Update

In mid-May, I wanted to restore keyboard functions like screenshotting and opening settings. It worked, but then my audio stopped working. Reverting the update disabled my commands, but restored the audio. I've tried reinstalling the audio driver, uninstalling and auto-reinstalling, and troubleshooting, but nothing has worked. My audio driver is from Realtek. I'm not sure what else to do.
