Repeated crashes

I have had my Lenovo crash several times since I purchased it, with the Blue Screen telling me it was collecting information. In the past it has only happened at my workplace, and I thought it may have been caused by two competing WiFi servers and the computer toggling between the two.
But today it happened at home, while I was using my phone hotspot.
I have tried to attach the Minidump file (I saw that request in an earlier post), but I do not seem to have access to my own files on my own computer!! - it is very disappointing that this is a recurring issue, and no patch has been suggested.
