Reset windows settings back to defaults

I've been randomly setting lots of Control Panel settings, especially firewall, virus protection, etc.
Is there a quick way to reset everything back to defaults?

Hi,

what AV app are you talking about?.

For the Firewall, open Windows Security > Firewall & network protection > Restore firewall to default (at the bottom). :)
