file permission error comes up when i click out of a file. I have to 'save as' so it will re file and so I have multiple files of the same thing building up as a new save as happens every time i use the file.
at the same time as the above happening I can no longer rename folders. MS-DOS comes up. I have followed suggestions of going to properties and optimizing and defraging files to find that it is happening automatically so there is nothing for me to do on that level.
