Saving MSInfo32 to Desktop

I am trying to save MSInfo32 to Desktop, and upload it to World of Warcraft for Tech support there. I open the MSInfo32 file on my computer. When I attempt to either Export or Save it to Desktop, a window opens, where I choose Desktop, and create a new file there, named msinfo. In this open window, the "Save" button is highlighted. When I move the cursor over the "Save" button, the highlight fades! I click on it, but NOTHING HAPPENS! Anyone have a solve for this? Thnx.

Nope.
I just performed you exact steps, other than naming mine "system" and it saved to desktop without issue.

My only suggestion might be to perhaps try an alternate save location....
Perhaps your downloads or documents folder.
