Installed an Epson WF-2930 all-in-one device with wifi connection. I can print; however, attempts to scan documents using Windows Fax and Scan or Adobe Acrobat X fail. I'm unable to scan using Windows Scan or Adobe with this new device (I was able to do so with my previous Epson all-in-one).
Tried the Troubleshooting Assistant and read answers to various web search questions, but no progress. Epson tech support won't assist because it involves "3rd party software/apps".
Any ideas to get it working?
