I am a long time windows 7 user. Just got my first win 10 laptop.
I am annoyed by the fact that win 10 shows little images of windows when I am switching between them with alt-tab, or hovering over an icon on the task bar. This seems like a ridiculous user interface to me---what I need to see clearly is the window titles, stacked vertically, as in the old windows classic theme. I have numerous windows dense with text, which of course all look the same in these useless little previews. Yet they take up 90% of the space and make it hard to see the window title.
So can I switch to some kind of theme that just shows window titles and icons when doing alt-tab switching or hovering over the task bar?
thanks
Mike
