Hello friends,
I can usually troubleshoot PC issues, but this has me stumped. Recurring problem the past couple weeks on my laptop. Sound suddenly makes robotic noises, mouse cursor begins to lag a bit & video gets a bit sluggish.
Tried every solution I could find on the Web. The only thing that works is uninstalling Realtek audio and restarting the computer (which automatically re-installs it). This works for a few days and then the problem repeats.
It has happened 4 times in 2 weeks. I thought maybe a recent Windows update caused it, but another update came out and it didn't fix the problem.
I would be grateful if anyone thinks they have a permanent solution to this. I will be happy to provide more details.
Thank you,
Greg
