Uninstall ESET? Help required, please

Hi
I've found ESET to be installed on my computer which I don't remember installing, particularly as I have other antivirus software in use.
However, having gone to Apps & Features, I can't see it listed, nor on Control Panel
I've tried phoning this company, in Bournemouth, but the number given doesn't ring out, just goes to continious tone, so unable to contact them directly. This sort of thing always makes me very suspicious.
So, can anyone help me to uninstall this unwanted program, please?
