Office 2010 probs after Office2021 installed an uninstalled

As indicated installing office 2021 over office 2010 led to many problems. To begin with I can't select repair as clicking on File shows the following with nothing else possible: see attached file

Thanks Biohorn. I ended up uninstalling both 2010 and 2021 , then reinstalled 2010. All seemed OK except it will bot send - keeps mail in outbox. Can't figure out why so far.

As I recall with earlier versions of Outlook the not sending was the default. This is what Outlook 2013 has in its Help:
