shortcut key

I have windows 10 and I havn't set any shortcut key for opening file explorer window (shortcut key for file explorer is none in shortcut tab) but when I press CTRL+F12 file explorer window open and show quick access window
I wnat delete this shortcut key but I don't know how can do it
please help me

The Default key combination for File Explorer is WinKey + E. On the Notebook I'm on now the Ctrl + F12 and WinKey + F12 open the Volume Control feature. Have you installed some customization app like WinAero or AutoHotKey?
