Should I encrypt the System Reserved drive?

I just upgraded to Win10 Pro a few days ago and I just enabled Bitlocker tonight on my C: drive. Should I also encrypt my D: drive (the one labeled System Reserved)? From doing some reading, this seems like a pretty critical area of the drive and probably shouldn't be encrypted, but I wanted to ask anyway.
