SLOW alt tab from games

When i alt tab from a game to desktop it should be pretty much instant like with windows 7 but now with windows 10 everytime i alt tab out of a game there is a black screen for 3 seconds, its not instant like before. It is the same when i open up the game again it takes a long time. any solution and help because this is really annoying. Ive found several issues about this on the web but can find a solution.

I just started a game...only solitaire but that is all I have and hit alt-tab. The PC instantly showed my game, browser and email windows tiled and I could switch instantly between them. As soon as I let go the alt key I was back to the game instantly.
