Some assistance please...Re Format 64Gb from exfat to FAT32

I recently purchase 2 Toshiba 64Gb 'pen' drives which are in 'exfat' format. My Humax box requires FAT32.

I believe that it is possible to reformat using the command prompt, but I'm blessed if I can remember the formula. My last W10 update seems to have hidden my notes on this somewhere...…

I'd much appreciate some help

Formatting a USB is the same as formatting a Hard drive. Just be sure you've selected the correct one.
