Something is really messed up

I don't know what i did but now whenever i right click and the menu comes up it closes a second later without me doing anything. It has been doing this for an hour and and does it everywhere. I opened paint to quickly edit something buy i cannot open the font selector or file menu without it closing immediately. The cursor also has the blue loading circle that also flashes on screen every second or so.
Please help I cant get anything done.

Hi, I'm open for correction here, but that sounds like the mouse driver is acting up.
Hit your reset button ( on your computer case ) when the computer starts to load it will come up with a screen asking you how you want to proceed. Select Safe Mode with internet and see if your mouse still acts up. If it does, if it does download a new mouse driver and install it. After that restart your computer.
