Sound and video pause when mouse is left still for a few seconds

I've been having this problem since I updated to windows 10. As the title says, if I leave my mouse alone for a few moments all visual and audio just pauses, but as soon as my mouse moves they resume until the mouse is left alone. Videos and songs resume where they left off. Downloads seem to continue without a problem.

Any help with this would be very appreciated!
