Video & Sound Problems on Skype and Facebook Video Call

Since installing Windows 10 my video picture is upside down and there is no sound. I can see the other party correctly but neither of us can hear.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows 10.
Windows Media Player works ok.
Skype Echo 123 doesn't work.

You may find that after the install / upgrade to Windows 10, you may need to upgrade or maybe just reinstall your video and audio drivers (perhaps your camera as well) for those specific hardware devices.
