Sound missing from Facebook

After having the Geek Squad resurrect my password account and give me my PC back, I discovered that the sound on Facebook was disabled, but not on Runescape; a game to which I am addicted. The latest Creative Audigy drivers are installed. Does anyone in the community have an idea how to end the sounds of silence on Facebook?
