I've just helped someone install Windows 10 and I suggested they installed Spybot Anti-Beacon, as they had privacy concerns about tracking and telemetry. However, it appears it's no longer free to use - I don't have a problem with that as it takes work to create, but I do remember someone on this forum mentioning a free alternative they use. I just can't remember what it's called!
