Stupid don't want it get rid of it now!

Hi, Microsoft team, I honor your work of creating these new 'windows' but I have already had a bad encounter with Windows 10 where it deleted Windows 8 and failed to update to Windows 10 so I was left with no Windows at all and now it is saying that it is going to update to Windows 10 in x amount of time with no "cancel update" button, if I was to be frank with you it's a bit stupid as I'am fine with Windows 8 so can someone please help?

weird because when windows install fail he come back into windows 8 auto ... never see this on hundred of pc ... i see some fail and restart into windows 8 after
