Surface Pro 3 upgrade to Windows 10 release version

I have just done a firmware update and upgraded to Win 10. Mostly OK but:

I can't setup Hello photo login as option isn't there.
Also, going to Settings/System/About crashes settings.

Any thoughts on how to set up Hello?

Not sure. I thought I read somewhere recently, that the "Hello" feature required hardware that was not available at this time, although I may be thinking of something else.
