SOLVED Sync with One Drive

I got a new pc with Windows 10.
On logging in to my Microsoft Account for Office, One Drive became accessible.

All the directories are as per my old computer but there are no contents - there should be about 100 subdirectories and 2000 files but none are there.

How can I sync to the full contents of One Drive?

Log into OneDrive via a browser and see if your files are there. You have to be logging into it with the same exact account as your old computer and the same account on your new computer.

If everything is there, then use the same username and password as your account on your system. OneDrive will recognize the rest.
