System Restore was not completed successfully

I create a restore point weekly but when I try to do a restore I get the error in the attached file. I've searched for 'fixing' restore points but the website I used (https://www.ubackup.com/windows-10/system-restore-not-working-windows-10.html) is so long and I cannot seem to remember each step after I've started in safe mode. I would like to solve the bad restore points or figure out how to print the instructions before I boot.
