Unable to use system restore

Hi, I want to run a system restore to get rid of a nagging problem with Outlook, but have been unable to do so because of bitdefender AV. Will I be able to run it without problems in Safe Mode, or is it better to uninstall Bitdefender then re-install? Any advice will be appreciated.

Yes, I would try in safe mode. I’ve often found antivirus software will interfere with the restore & safe mode circumvents this.
