Unable to edit System Variables

Hi, so I've just upgraded to Windows 10 and I'm trying to update some system variables however I'm unable to as:

"You must be logged on as an Administrator to make most of these changes"

However, I am the only account on the computer and am an administrator. I've also disabled UAC.

How can I fix this?
