Task View Windows + Tab hotkeys not working

When I press Windows Key + Tab, instead of launching Task View, my PC switches Keyboard and Language.

I had it set up like that in Windows 8.1, but now I don't know how to disable it, so that Task View is launched.

Any help will be appreciated !
