Taskbar Autohide Misbehaves

I'm running Windows 10 Pro on my desktop computer and Windows 10 on my Dell Venue 8 Pro tablet. In each case, the Taskbar occasionally won't hide automatically. When that problem occurs when an app is running that has controls at the bottom of its page, the controls can't be seen or used. The workaround is either to move the Taskbar to another location or reboot, which is very annoying in either case.

This problem has also been reported to me by a person who just bought a new 10-inch tablet. Further, I've provided feedback to Microsoft about this problem several times, and nothing has been done yet to my knowledge.
