Taskbar flickering on second monitor

Hi all.

So I got second monitor and after I connected it, I noticed that it taskbar periodically flickering/flashing. Also it sometimes happens if I maximize application from both monitors taskbar, it may also sometimes happen if I click on something in some application(like switching tabs in browser). It looks like taskbar jumps up little bit for a fraction of second. If I put any window behind taskbar, I can clearly see that window part behind taskbar doesn't jumps up together with taskbar(so only taskbar is effected).
