this page can not be displayed message in browsing with ie11

I am using ie11 in windows 10 and have McPhee security. I do get a lot of times this message in commonly accessible sites.
'THIS PAGE CAN NOT BE DISPLAYED"
I have tried many things and switches and reset but can not find the problem.
please help
