Toshiba Laptop drivers

I am not very technical so might not understand any advice you may give me so I apologies to start off with. But here goes, I have a very old Toshiba Qosmio laptop running Win 10 but it runs very slowly. I thought maybe I could reset it. But thinking way back to when I first bought it new online I had to get a tech to get it working because it needed lots of specific Toshiba drivers installed firstly. So I'm thinking I may not be able to just reset it without problems, so I should not attempt to do so. What thoughts?
