Touchpad not working after repair, option missing from settings

After getting my laptop repaired, my touchpad is completely unusable. The touchpad option is missing from the Settings > Devices menu. It was there before the repair. Please help me resolve this issue.

Try installing the Microsoft precision touchpad driver:
