Trying to delete / remove amazon music get this error message

Trying to remove uninstall AMAZON MUSIC- - click uninstall and its runs a few and then this message pops up,,, what can I do to get rid of amazon music. Yet when I uninstalled another program ( Adobe cloud ) it removed it fine- just amazon wont go away...

Usually one can reinstall a program then reboot and uninstall it, creates the necessary file shown in the error message. There are free software programs that can remove programs, maybe something here:

I use CCleaner [originally called CrapCleaner] but it's not for the faint of heart as it changes the Registry and a misstep in it can kill Windows.

I would recommend Revo Uninstaller, it will try to run the program’s uninstaller but if this fails you can still scan for leftovers which is akin to a forced uninstall.
