Trying to remove message icon

I have a circular shaped, green chat message icon on the lower right side of my screen. It’s in the way and I don’t use it. Can someone tell me how remove? Windows 10.

If you click it, another panel should open above it. There you will see the “x” to delete it.
It is a notification that there is a message for you. You can eliminate such, if you do not have a need, by cusomising in settings - notifications

when I click on it a window opens that says “chat with us now”. There’s no x to get rid of the icon. There’s a minimize symbol but nothing to remove it all together.
Problem is it’s in the way of my work and also distracting as it sometimes opens a smaller box to chat. I’ll try to upload a photo

I think I’ve figured it out. I’m stupid. Apparently it’s something used on a website that I work on rather than my computer software.
