SOLVED TURN OFF DISPLAY

Since the last update my turn off display does not work. I changed the timing in settings/personalization/lock screen/screen time out to 4 minutes but the display stays continuous. Has anyone have any ideas?

Go to the Control Panel-Yes it is still there- then to power options and then do what is in the image.

I have tried the control panel and this does not work!!

Then you have some real problems you can try running this from an elevated Cmd prompt

sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows or from recovery media
