I have a Toshiba Notebook that came installed with Windows 10, and I also have a Gateway PC that was running Windows 7. I recently upgraded the PC running Windows 7 to Windows 10. No problem with the actual upgrade but after Windows 10 was running on both machines, the Toshiba Notebook that was the original Windows 10 and that had only one sign-in icon on the Startup window, now has 2 sign-in icons with two different names on the startup window. My PC that I upgraded doesn’t require a sign-in but why did the second sign-in icon appear on my Laptop? Each icon has a different name but they both take the same password but I don't know how to get rid of the one that appeared after the PC was upgraded. Any suggestion on how to remove the new sign-in icon?.
