Starting 11/30/16 typing capital letter "L" in any application triggers a "TouchPad Driver Diagnostics" window and creates a 641KB file with data. File name is "SynKernalDiag(date&time).log. I am running up-to-date version of Win10 64bit on a Toshiba Satellite C55Dt-A which uses Synap tics touchpad. I have touchpad disabled when using my USB mouse. Looking for possible cause and help in eliminating.

Try downloading Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center from Microsoft download center. I use both a USB mouse and touchpad and this will show its own index tab in control panel mouse and much better options for touch panel.
