Typing is very slow

My computer was so weird with frozen screen yesterday. Today email typing is like pulling teeth. One letter at a time hesitation. What is going on with windows 10 and constant problems???

My computer was so weird with frozen screen yesterday.

These things are very difficult to diagnose.
Coincidentally, yesterday there was another new cumulative update for Windows 10. You might want to start there, see if you got it, check your update history and see if it successfully installed. Sometimes a failed update will continue to try and fail, try and fail, try and fail which can certainly put demands on your system and result it what might appear as freezing or hanging.

Other than that, check task manager Processes tab and see if you can spot anything that might be consuming a lot of CPU or Memory resources or Disk activity spikes.

Sometimes it works with desktops to shut down, pull the power cord out, wait several seconds, put it back and try again. With Notebooks do the same but also remove the battery, if possible, which on some newer ones can't be done without taking the Notebook apart. One of the reasons is caused by seldom-felt static electricity, causes an imbalance of the circuitry in the computer and the procedure normalizes that.
