SOLVED Unable to size File Explorer Windows

It's so frustrating. First it was MS Word that was either whole screen or a 2 inch by 4 inch window. Now it's File Explorer !

Seems you have to fix or repair Windows 10 after each update. The help postings don't work either.

How can I get back to the full and 1/4 screen sizes?

Wegmand, That did not work but thanks for trying.

I did get it fixed on my own. All I had to do was to move the cursor over the edge of the small window and drag it out larger. And, it stayed when I re-opened it !

Check to see if you have in missing or corrupts system files. Open up CMD prompt or powershell as an Admin, then input "sfc /scannow" with out the quotes and see what it finds.
