Unexpected Store Exception

I can not boot past an “unexpected store exception” error page. Occasionally the error code is “kernel data page”. The message notes that Windows is collecting date to use to restart. 0% is all that’s collected. So, I can not try any of the fixes found in forums or on YouTube. Thanks for you help. Tom
