Computer randomly turning off unexpectedly.

I've had this computer for a long time and i've been playing games, watching youtube, etc. But now after such long time after not downloading anything for a few days, i come back to my computer from school and i play on it. But after an hour maybe.. it turns off but with a very slowly starting with the screen turning off. It does not shut down or restart it just slowly turns off.. even during a game. All the lights go off on it i dont press any buttons to make this happen but when i press the power button everything goes back on. it shows the startup screen before going to my desktop showing everything is still on and going. I looked on the internet as much as i can to find out what's wrong but i end up lost, confused and/or just having no solution.

it sound your computer its maybe got to hot

check fan cpu and video to be sure its clean

check with aida if something going to high
