Uninstall Epson Event Manager

On Windows 10 I am trying to Uninstall Epson Event Manager. As opposed to the other apps that were uninstalled, this is described as "Windows 10 XP Service Pack 2 (2600). It will not allow Uninstall. I have to get rid of it to install a clean Epson Printer because attempting to load the download just rotates forever. What is the solutionl
