SOLVED update KB316908 12-2-15

I posted wrong problem in task bar missing icon . After this up date nothing worked , restarted computer eventually it restarted and everything works except my WI FI icon is not there on the taskbar , now do I get it back?

 

[Trouble]

Start Button -> Settings -> Left Column Notification & Actions -> Turn System icons on or off -> Network -> Slider slide right to "ON"

I need to let windows fix itself , I have used windows since version W3.1 . Next day open up computer and the WIFI icon was on task bar. Pretty impressive software
