Updated Windows Email Sign In Address

Hello! i changed my Microsoft account name since i no longer have the email provider. Every time that I turn on the computer i need to correct the email address and enter the password. How can I permanently change the email address for sign on?

Have you looked in Control Panel, User Accounts for the setup information needed? This is Win11 but Win10 is much the same:

You might also want to try updating your email address directly in your Microsoft account settings. Go to Settings > Accounts > Your Info and select "Sign in with a local account instead" if you're currently using a Microsoft account to sign in. Then sign back in with your new email address.
If you prefer to keep using your Microsoft account, you can change your email address at account.microsoft.com under "Your Info" and "Manage how you sign in to Microsoft." This should update your sign-in details across your Windows device.
