Hello. I downloaded the latest tool. Clicking on the tool brings up a 'do you want to run this?' box. I click 'yes'. A rectangular Windows logo appears, then disappears. Nothing else happens.

where did you get the tool from?. Does your computer have the required minimum specs for Windows 10?.

Some older computer CPU's don't have the required chipset!.
