USB Mouse missing in Device Manager

Hello! I have a problem with my mouse. It is appearing as "2.4g RX" in Bluetooth and Other Devices but it's missing from Device Manager. How can I fix it?

I get 3 entries with my Targus mice, 2 are on this image and the third is in Human Interface Devices

Does your mouse otherwise work? I've had times where the mouse wasn't recognized but rebooting with it turned on fixed it.
