I have only Visual C++ on my computers, 2008, 2010, 2015 and both x64 and x86 of each. Mostly it depends upon what installed programs require.

You beat me, I've only got 13 instances installed! You must have a lot of apps that require many different versions of the redistributable.

I got a little more curious about this question and a Search of the Internet doesn't find any instance of Visual C+++, only Visual C++. Don't know if I'm missing something or not?

Visual C+++ is a product of an over active pinkie finger.

FWIW all of the C++ redistributables are small.

I have 2008, 2010,2013 and 2015 in both x86 and x64. I think if you delete them all then the ones you need will come back when you try to run the programs.... I may be wrong on that I may be thinking of the .Net stuff
At one point I had many of those , deleted them all and only one came back.
