Volume fluctuation

My windows 10 computer has a volume issue . Scrolling through You tube I have the volume set to where it is good and then the next video is to low then the next is to high, or going from you tube to my movie collection I am adjusting the volume with every new video on line or on my computer. Any suggestions.

Hi,

that is caused by the creators of the videos and I don't think you can do much about it, I have the same thing when looking at various vids on YouTube, the sound levels vary quite a lot and often!. :)
