WebRTC mic permission problem

For every WebRTC site, where I want to use my microphone, Win 10 will not release the permission for it's use. I believe it is a 'NotReadableError'---'getUserNedia()' problem or bug. My mic works perfectly through my interface and my DAW, but connecting it through a WebRTC application won't work. Is there a remedy yet for this? Yes, permission has been granted through the permission settings. Apparently, this has been a problem for years now.

Is there ANYTHING that can be done?
